Don has been a San Diego Broker for 35 years, building condos, buying income properties and working with partnerships, real estate exchange groups and was a Corporate Broker for one of the largest acquisition firms managing real estate franchises.  He counsels on all aspects of real estate, whether complex or problematic.  He teaches effective negotiating for both the agent and client's behalf.

Mary started her real estate career with her mother in Ohio before coming to Pacific Beach in 1992. Steve is a native San Diegan and developed strong skills in managing transactions.  Jimmy has been a long-time resident and business owner in Clairemont.  For over 20 years, he has been a well-known property casualty agent and 7 years providing professional services to clients of Realty World, HBH Properties.  He keeps informed on all current aspects of insurance and statewide disaster preparedness issues.

Another family member of the HBH Family is granddaughter, Chrissy who recently graduated from San Diego State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Tod attended Vista High and Grossmont College and received his B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish at CSU San Marcos. Tod spent 15 years building homes all over Southern California and Nevada from concrete, carpentry and drywall. He spent 6 years as a regional Sales rep. for a global components distributor, while also buying and selling 2 homes with HBH. His desire to return to his roots of extensive construction knowledge, coupled with his attention to service and detail, seemed a good fit in real estate. Meet our veteran Loan Officer! We welcome Ralph's extensive experience and knowledge in Mortgage financing.  He will greatly expand our services that fits our clients needs and services. Michal Wawrzynski was born in Znin, Poland.   He received his Master of Food Technology degree at the University of Poznan in Poland.  Michal first came  to California in June 2004 and spent the summer learning English and developing an interest in the Pedi-cab business.  He returned to California in 2005 and began a large fleet of Pedi-cabs which serve San Diego visitors and conventioneers.  Michal has previously been involved in Real Estate with his family in Poland.  He will be closely involved with the Realty World team specializing in Downtown properties and surrounding neighborhoods.  His friendly and open approach provides visitors or serious investors, an opportunity to see San Diego in a most enjoyable environment.  He enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach with his girlfriend and dog. 

Anita Williamson - Referred by an HBH associate and she has fit right into the complex activities and multiple client services provided by HBH.  Her kind attentive manner complements her dedication to getting tasks completed.  Anita provides Broker assistance and agents marketing needs.  Commuting from Allied Gardens shows her commitment to our office.  A native San Diegan who has lived in many different areas, but now resides in Allied Gardens with her husband and two children.
